Established in 2003, Akela Group is a multi-disciplinary construction services company providing civil engineering, construction, piling and training solutions.

Headquartered in Glasgow and with over 300 employees, the expert team works collaboratively with clients to deliver innovative solutions across the public and private sectors.

Akela Ground Engineering was formed to compliment well established Akela Group companies including Akela Construction, DGM Surfacing and Tala Training.

Akela Ground Engineering's staff are professionally trained engineers and experienced site operatives who have a proven history of successfully delivering geotechnical projects.

Our team have experience in operating throughout the UK on a variety of projects and sectors including residential properties, retail units, distribution warehouses, Ministry of Defence infrastructure and industrial sites such as petrochemical works.

Our CHAS accreditation demonstrates our commitment to health and safety standards. The company has also recently achieved accreditation for its information management system, gaining  ISO 9001 for Quality, ISO 14001 for Environmental Management and ISO 45001 for Occupational Health and Safety Management.

Our offices in Glasgow, Derbyshire and Stirlingshire give us good geographical coverage across Scotland and England.
