Sheet piling is often used to efficiently construct permanent and temporary retaining walls, found in many sectors including residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure.

Akela Ground Engineering offer design and installation of sheet piled solutions and we can incorporate this system into a multi discipline project where a range of techniques are required for the overall solution.

Our expert in-house team provide a detailed design, ensuring an efficiently engineered solution. We utilise modern equipment such as Movax side grips and piling hammers to install high quality sheet piles. When sheet piles are used for temporary works such as deep shoring or cofferdams, these can be removed and re-used elsewhere.
